Requiem is not just your normal restaurant, inspired by Social Anthropology, the British Museum and the Asian Civilization Museum, it is a restaurant that educates, delights and excites not just the taste buds and other senses but the brain also. Your evening at requiem will be like dining in the world's best museums, whilst at the same time experiencing exquisite foods inspired by the tribes of South East Asia, creating modern infusion dishes.
With Tribes and cultures being lost at an alarming rate, Requiem aims to not only educate the public about these tribes with artefacts, information and inspired foods but also keep alive the memory and some of the culture of these indigenous peoples.

Sausage Factory” is a place for the relaxed, easy going, and harmonious members
of the Singapore community. We want the community to have a new favorite
hangout, whether you’re relaxing with friends and colleagues, having a business
meetings or perusing a romantic evening. “The Sausage Factory” combines
wonderful style, sophistication and genuine hospitality to create a truly
unique experience. We offer great small entrees, appetizers and mains with the
combination of well-priced wines and spirits. We work with local businesses to
bring you the finest most natural and best tasting products, specializing in
homemade sausages and bringing both affordable wines and spirits as well as
high-end alcohol, to Singapore’s night scene.
